RegisterForChildcare.ca partners with childcare providers and parents to make it easy to register for childcare. Our on-line waitlist registration and waitlist management solution ensures an equitable and transparent process for filling openings.
When parents register on a provider’s waitlist, they also set up an account on RegisterForChildcare.ca. This account provides timely and personalized data on waitlist standings, along with other useful vacancy statistics to help inform their childcare decision-making.
When openings come up, our platform helps childcare providers fill vacancies based on real-time operational priorities (e.g., applicants with siblings receiving care may get higher priority) while maintaining a fair process (e.g., families waiting longest get first offers).
RegisterForChildcare.ca eliminates the burden of maintaining and managing the complexity of a waitlist. Each childcare provider has their private list, which is automatically kept up-to-date by the platform. Providers gain efficiency and free up resources!

Our mission is children, families, and educators learning and growing together. We have the privilege of operating as a ministry of McKernan Baptist Church. Our vision is to share God's love in a practical way to families through a team of professionals that excels in the field of Early Learning and childcare. We will showcase the contribution of our profession to the community while taking all opportunities to learn alongside the children in our care. Our program is licensed to care for children 0 - 5 years old who are not enrolled in kindergarten. Our program is based on a "Learning through Play" philosophy and Emergent curriculum model. We believe that all children have a natural capacity for learning and will progress optimally, through play experiences that engage their interests and offer exciting opportunities for them to build on their current knowledge and skills.
